The Stylus
790SW is an standard digital camera wrap in one of the most exceptional
letters we've experienced. The mixture of style and toughness in the
casing is extraordinary, and we loved that no substance how much we hit
it up, it took shot just as well as it did correct out of the box.
unluckily, right out of the box, it take attractive mediocre photograph.
We were also very disappointed by the built-in limitations in the
videocassette mode. in the end, Olympus delivered on their assure of a
tough-as-nails, yet pretty-as-flowers camera, but was off the blot
delivering what we desire a camera to do: take huge pictures. let go:
September 2007. Price: $275.

The 2.5-inch monitor on the 790SW is no improved or worse than some
we've seen. There is no visual viewfinder, so all shots have to be lined
up on the LCD, which does an standard job of on behalf of what the
picture will seem like on your processor. A touch screen would be nice,
but they're not ever-present just yet, and this camera is build to take
sentence, so we won't fault Olympus for it.
The buttons were politely sized and respond well. We didn't similar to
the select wheel for the dissimilar modes, but we arent sure how else
they could create a waterproof selector button. bearing in mind how
beefy and rough this camera is, we were astonished at how stylish it
was. It didn't look like a rubberized account of a camera, or similar to
a Panasonic Tough Book, prepared to be taken to a battleground it just
looked like a very pleasant digital camera. It is smooth and sleek, and
Olympus did a great job with the handle rest on the face of the camera,
which perfectly align with your center finger to give you a improved
grip when gunfire. It was intended with activity in brain, but
outwardly, it just looks attractive.
The lens
wrap is extraordinary; when we first open the camera, our inner
five-year-old right away jabbed a handle at it, infuriating to slide it
away from cover the lens, but we establish it very hard, as the sliding
metal lens cover did an outstanding job of custody it secluded.
